Perfect Opportunity to Network! Greet attendees, register walk-ins, pass out name badges and provide basic assistance to attendees and staff. Volunteers are needed at the registration desk from 8am-3pm each day, Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday until 1:30pm. Open to all attendees.
Using your cell phone and the Whova App, scan attendees entering and leaving technical sessions. This data is stored directly in Whova and will be used to issue cumulative transcripts to attendees. This conference upgrade wouldn't be possible without the help from volunteers. Thank you!

Sell raffle tickets during breaks and just prior to raffle drawings each day. This popular raffle supports the scholarship programs of both organizations.
Help judge the student poster competition being held on Monday afternoon.
Looking for members to staff the IWEA Booth during Exhibit Hall hours. Great way to network. Enthusiasm for IWEA is the only requirement. Last time slot-Wednesday from 11-11:30am, is to "breakdown" the booth.
