IWEA & IAWPCO depend on volunteers to make IWPC great! Volunteering while at the conference is a great way to meet people and get involved without a lot of commitment. Check out the various opportunities below.
Join the IWPC Planning Committee-meets monthly September thru December and then more frequently. Great way to get involved without a huge time commitment. No conference attendance required for many needed tasks, although we hope you can join us there!

Using your cell phone and the CrowdComms App, scan attendees entering technical sessions. This data is stored directly in CrowdComms and will be used to issue cumulative transcripts to attendees.
Sell raffle tickets during breaks and just prior to raffle drawings each day. This popular raffle supports scholarship programs.
Good with technology? Early risers can help set up for the day by delivering carts and connecting cables.
The registration desk is the perfect opportunity to network! Greet attendees, register walk-ins, pass out name badges and provide basic assistance to attendees and staff. Volunteers are needed at the registration desk from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday until 1:30 p.m. This volunteer opportunity is open to all attendees.
