IWPC 2026 will once again feature our popular gift basket raffle. Proceeds contribute to the scholarship funds of the Illinois Water Environment Association and the Illinois Association of Water Pollution Control Operators.
In 2025, the raffles held in the exhibit hall and outside after technical sessions raised over
$3,000. The proceeds helped fund $500 scholarships to college-bound high school seniors and $1,000 scholarships to college students pursuing a career in the water environment industry. The funds also support the annual Sylvanus Jackson Scholarship to the Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville’s Environmental Resources Training Center.
Raffle baskets were donated by Exhibitors and IWEA and IAWPCO Board and Committee members.
