Can I receive Profession Development Hours for attending IWPC?
IWPC technical sessions are eligible for PDH’s (professional development hours) as well. Illinois is a self-reporting state. Therefore, you need only keep track of the sessions you attend and place this information in your files.


Can I receive CEUs for attending IWPC?
Yes, CEU’s are available. Currently CEU’s are not required for wastewater operators but drinking water operators may get CEU credit for attending IWPC. Just keep track of the sessions you attend and log them into OPCert. The IEPA course #’s will be published as soon as they are available.


What should I do if I need to cancel my registration?
Please contact IWEA's Executive Manager with your request. Refunds for attendee registrations are available until February 1, 2019.  A full refund of the registration cost will be processed back to the credit card used to register. After February 1, no refunds will be given, please find a colleague that can attend in your place. To request a refund, please contact Laurie Frieders ExecMgr@iweasite.org.

How do I transfer my registration to another person?
Transfer: If you need to transfer your registration to someone else, please send an email to Laurie Frieders @ ExecMgr@iweasite.org and include the person the registration is being transferred to name, email address and phone number. The transfer will be confirmed via email.


Can I get a copy of the presentation slides be available?
IWPC will post a link to the presentation slides on this website within two weeks of the conference end date.


Can I get a copy of the attendee list?
IWPC will provide a copy of the attendee list to exhibitors following the conference. Anyone else wanting a copy of the attendance list can contact the Illinois Water Environment Association Executive Manager at ExecMgr@iweasite.org
